2. Check the equipment before starting
1. Strictly check whether the fixing parts such as the anchor bolts, body bolts, bearing seats, and guard plates that fix the motor are loose.
2. Check whether the fixing parts of the impact plate are loose or broken.
3. Check the inside of the equipment, such as whether the plate hammer is severely worn, because the plate hammer has a great influence on the particle size of the discharge, and the conditions of other vulnerable parts should also be checked, including the degree of wear, crack defects, etc.
